World Cyber Games 2006 Grand Final in Monza, Italy had finally come to an end after 4 days of game battles. It's quite surprising that the event was held at Monza F1 Grand Prix Circuit, where Michael Schumacher, Kimi Raikkonen and Fernando Alonso raced before. The rendezvous where F1 fans visit occasionally could be flooded with gamers and game enthusiastic fans too.

The Countries Representatives. Do you spot Malaysia flag?

It's proud that Malaysia was one of the 70 participating countries and ranked at 24th in Overall National Rank. Thanks to WCG live broadcasting. Watching the games made me feel like watching Olympics because I could still enjoy albeit I didn't know the rules or how to play.

I was browsing through the photo gallery at the official website and Flickr just now. And, I saw this, the shuttle bus which brought the players from/to player's village to/from the championship venue.

This reminds me of Firefox Bus with a huge Mozilla Firefox Logo painted around the wheel.

If the RapidKL bus that I take to work daily has attractive paintings like them, how cool is that? I'm happy to become a "techie" passenger.


p/s: Firefox 2 Inline Spell Checker draws a red dotted underline for the word techie and suggests a few other words like Ezechiel, catechize, catechist... The word, techie, is unrecognizable? Btw, Get Firefox!
