Hide and Seek at Wikimapia

I was browsing through Wikimapia for map and location. To my amazement, I saw this 'F*g陈柏躲在这' (Uncle Chen is hiding here!) when pointing my cursor to one of the locations.

Anyway, who is this 陈柏? Pity him. Haha. Perhaps, loan shark can use online maps to look for debtors in future.
