Flood

It started to rain around 10pm just now. The long corridor was flooded and water flowed into my house through the main door. We didn't notice it at all until my housemates wanted to go out. It was an unusual and unexpected case to us since it never happened before during our three-year stay in Cyberia townhouse.

After informing other housemates about the flood, we immediately evacuated our shoes to a dry place and brushed away all the water into the toilet. And most importantly, liang used a few stacks of thick old newspapers to blocked the water from flowing into his room.

My co-operative housemates were busy playing with brushing away the water, and I was the cameraman :p

The water was moving fast and half of the living room was flooded with water. Since we didn't have enough cloth and mop, we covered the floor with old newspapers to absorb the water. It was an easy and fast way indeed.

I think it's time for MK Land to work on the drainage system. It's quite astounding to have flood after such a short downpour. Luckily, the rain has stopped.
